I started my career in uniforms, learning the importance of performance fabrics and catering to the needs of brand name companies.

Brands such as Xfinity Comcast, Anheuser-Busch, Valvoline and Verizon were among our largest customers with unique uniform needs. We worked directly with leadership, as well as the end users to identify and address these needs. The product we produced was comfortable, durable with fabric technology such as moisture wicking, breathability and mechanical stretch to name a few. At the core of these projects was the importance of presenting the brand in a modern, recognizable and professional way.

In 2021, I pivoted into a very different product group. Working in kids’ dancewear, I expanded my knowledge of activewear and discovered a new love for designing with stage presence

Weissmans Dancewear has cornered a national market for recital and competitive dancers. We work closely with the end users as well as coaches, studio owners and teachers to create unique, comfortable and trend driven costumes for young dancers in all genres. I specialize in Hip Hop dance, taking inspiration from music videos, runway shows and celebrity-clad red carpets. We also regularly attend local competitions and recitals to bolster our knowledge of how these costumes look and perform under the stage lights.
